Senior Frozen Meal Distribution

Frozen Meals are available for Seniors 60+ years of age and are administered by Nutrition Services in Moorhead, MN. The meals are created at Concordia College and delivered to Hometown HOPE in Hendrum. For every Senior Citizen enrolled in the program, Hometown HOPE gets a delivery of 5 frozen entrees, 5 slices of bread, 5 butter pats, 5 cheese sticks or hot chocolate packets, and 5 fruits. The clients can come to Hometown HOPE Food Pantry in Hendrum to pick up their meals every 2 weeks.
